1. Delivery
Delivery periods provided by GROOVIDO are indicative and are not considered essential unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
The risk of the products being delivered transfers to the Buyer the moment the products leave GROOVIDO’s storage space, regardless of any agreements made regarding carriage and insurance.
1.1 Change of Circumstances and Force Majeure
If, following an agreement, the prices of raw materials, wages, import duties, taxes, or other external costs increase (whether due to exchange rate fluctuations or not), GROOVIDO reserves the right to adjust its sales price accordingly. GROOVIDO must promptly inform the Buyer of such changes, after which the Buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement within eight days.
In the event GROOVIDO is unable to fulfill the agreement due to force majeure, it has the right to either wholly or partially dissolve the agreement or suspend its obligations until the force majeure event concludes. The Buyer is obligated to pay for any delivered products in such cases.
2. Return Policy
Please contact groovido.com at online-info@groovido.com before returning any items.
You may return the product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in new condition. Products that are damaged or used will not be refunded. When returning items, include contact information, a tracking number, and a brief description of your case if possible.
For return shipments, it is recommended to obtain a receipt and a package ID from the delivery service for easy tracking. Eligible returns will be refunded. If payment was made by invoice, a bank account number is required for the refund.
2.1 Shipping
To return your product, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Send your product to: GROOVIDO, Buitenhavenweg 62C, 3113BD Schiedam, The Netherlands.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and, if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted. The time for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location.
For items over 60 Euros, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as the receipt of returned items is not guaranteed.
2.2 Refund Policy
Minor deviations do not constitute grounds for rejection, discount, dissolution, or damages. Details, models, and images of colors, materials, dimensions, and finishing are for informational purposes only.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, no refund or exchange can be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2.2.1 Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, an email notification will be sent regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a specified timeframe.
2.2.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in original condition, damaged, or returned more than 14 days after delivery.

2.2.4 Sale Items
Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items, not sale items.
2.2.5 Exchanges

2.2.6 Liability for Loss
GROOVIDO is not liable for loss unless directly and exclusively due to gross negligence or intent. Compensation is limited to the invoiced amount for the delivery.
3. Warranty
A 3-month warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. GROOVIDO is not responsible for consequential damages due to product failure.
4. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify our terms of service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
5. Dutch Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved in the court where the designer has its registered office.
